Would love to be able to add comments on individual attributes when providing rating. As I completed it, I wanted to add color on my rating for that particular item.

So if I want to make sure that if someone rates me they make sure to do the Attitudes first and maybe I'm less concerned about the SKills. So i might want to reorder the categories or skip categories when i send the request

Add time delay to responses so you cant figure out who responded first (or immediately)

Introduce member rating - Multiple choice questions or word responses instead of just a rank

Give people some guidance to ask for the right feedback. Include FAQ - some people will not understand what they want to ask for

When a user gets their feedback, give them suggestions/recommendations for things they can do to improve

Make attribute survey templates that someone can pick from if they don't know what they should ask

As a skillprofile user I would like to be able to select from a set of suggested questions and request specific feedback outside of keeping my profile updated.

Give an option for the feedback request to not be anonymized.
